Work commences on planning guide for preparedness
With the section on “Foundations for planning of preparedness measures”, the Federal Office for Civil Protection FOCP is further developing the KATAPLAN method for cantonal hazard analysis. This section will illustrate how insights gained from a cantonal hazard analysis can be implemented as concrete measures. It is currently being compiled. Its development is based on experiences at the level of those cantons that have produced a hazard analysis based on the KATAPLAN method and are working to implement the insights and realize the corresponding measures.
