Regardless of whether they are public or private, technical services are legally bound to ensure their installations are operational. They undertake the requisite measures on the grounds of legal bases or the regulations established by the competent specialised authorities, provide the personnel, equipment and materials, and cover the costs in the area they are responsible for.
Cooperation with the other CP partner organisations
To cope with overload they turn primarily to private companies, and may call up resources from the other partner organisations if necessary.
