Our mission
The SPIEZ LABORATORY is the Swiss centre of expertise for nuclear, biological and chemical NBC defence.
The SPIEZ LABORATORY carries out fundamental research in this area, and it provides international organisations, the authorities and the Swiss population with information and support concerning prevention, preparation of protective measures and the management of disasters and emergencies.
The SPIEZ LABORATORY also makes an important contribution to peace building and to human and environmental safety.
